He's really most persistent and can keep it up all day!

If you leave him half an opening, he will slip one through the gap!

Then there's the wily 'slowy', pure cunning is his strength;
He'll tempt you, then he'll trap you with his very subtle length.

So ladies, do be careful, your mothers would agree.
Never trust a cricketer, whoever he may be.

And what about the opening bat, his struggles never cease!
He has only one ambition, to spend all day at the crease.

The number three is a dasher, he seldom prods and pokes.
When he goes into action, he has a fine array of strokes..

And do beware the slogger, not content with one or two;
When he arrives at the crease then only six will do.

Then there's the real stonewaller, girls, he knows what he's about;
And if you let him settle in, it's hard to get him out!

We come now to the last man, I hope this will not shock,
He doesn't mind if he's last man in, as long as he gets a knock.

So, darlings, do be careful, and be well warned by me:
Never trust a cricketer, whoever he may be.

And watch the wicketkeeper, girls, he's full of flair and dash;
And if you raise your heel, he'll whip them off in a flash.

If you take the field with the captain, you had better know the score;
Or he'll have you in positions that you never knew before!

The cricket commentator is a nasty sort of bloke,
He watches all the action and describes it stroke by stroke.

Even the kindly umpire, who looks friendly as a pup;

I can save 30 minutes daily by simply using Digsby. Digsby is a multi messaging platform that allows to get connected to most of social networking sites and email clients. You will be logged in to Facebook, Gmail, MSN, Twitter or Yahoo with a mouse click.

I had to logon to all individual accounts each time. Switching pages and waiting for downloads stole m

any a minutes. Do not mention the idle time spend in between. With Digsby I feel comfortable and free. No more overlooked mail s or messages.

The messages and email notification will flick through the screen while you are engaged other tasks. Nee to check it only if you feel so. All accounts can be accessed from the Digsby screen itself.

All the accounts wil

l be listed in the screen for easy access. Recent messages will be displayed in a dialog box as I move the mouse over the accounts. Inbox, Compose, Face book wall etc can be accessed from the dialog boxes.

The tools like chat history, file transfer history are extremely handy. I some times need to review the past personal and business conversations. File transfer history helps to backtrack the article files

Audio and video chats are also supported. Access to these facilities are simple. The chat window itself provides provision to access these facilities.

Junk food: We all like a tasty snack but have you ever considered why ‘junk food' got its name? The high sugar, fat, and sodium content aside, junk foods contain high amounts of unnatural ‘junk' such as artificial colours, flavours, flavour-enhancers, and texturizers. These unnatural substances are easily recognizable on product labels because most names are so long and difficult to pronounce.

An increasing number of people are allergic or sensitive to them. They stress our bodies and are empty of nutrients. The inferior quality fat used in junk food is often hydrogenated, saturated, and heated at dangerously high temperatures. This type of fat contributes to leaky gut syndrome by increasing inflammation in the body and forming free radicals, which can damage the mucosal cells of the intestinal lining.

Alcohol: Alcohol is an irritant that damages the intestinal lining when it's over-consumed. Alcoholics and binge-drinkers are highly susceptible to leaky gut syndrome. So are people who drink on an empty stomach.

An individual with leaky gut syndrome is much more vulnerable to infection than someone with a healthy gastrointestinal tract as many of the pathogens that make us sick enter the body through the food we eat.

The activation of immune cells within the huge surface area of the gut lining can cause a systemic inflammatory response—and overall bodily inflammation, we are now learning, is a key to many different disease states, including heart disease, cancer, arthritis and diabetes. The passage of bacteria and toxins through leaky gut mucosa may amplify or perpetuate this systemic inflammation. This inflammation can damage the tissue, for which excess permeability and unusually large spaces between the cells of the mucosal lining occurs.

This process again allows bacteria, viruses, fungi and other potentially toxic materials to come and infect the bloodstream. The widened spaces can also allow undigested food particles to “leak” through the intestinal lining. This could pose a serious health risk since these particles may be destroyed by the immune system of human body considering them as foreign particles.

Thus leaky gut can be linked with a whole horde of chronic diseases. Those people who are infected with leaky gut should be therapeutic the gastrointestinal lining with probiotics and other nutritional supplements. Probiotic bacteria favourably alter the intestinal micro flora balance, inhibit the intensification of harmful bacteria, promote good digestion, boost immune function and at the same time prepare anti body to increase resistance to infection.

In that study, normal college students were selected as volunteers. They were randomly assigned to play the role of guard or inmate for two weeks in a simulated prison.

But the guards quickly became so brutal. They started to behave to the prisoners like monsters. As we usually see in the actual prisons or older period. The author was forced to shut down the experiment after one month.

How and why did this transformation take place?
Does it tell us about recent events such as the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuses in Iraq?
What does it say about the nature of human nature?
What does it suggest about effective ways to prevent such abuses in the future?

It may be hard to read about evil. It may also be difficult to understand that it close and personal. We must understand its causes in order to contain. We must try to transform it through wise decisions. This may need innovative communal actions.

SmartFTP is the most comprehensive software for downloading and uploading files using internet. It is useful for downloading audios, videos, documents and web pages from internet. I use this software for maintaining my website through FTP hoisting in the internet by uploading files without any difficulty. The FTP backup facility provided in this software is unique and fast. SmartFTP can be used like Windows Explorer in a local FTP network. Navigation is very easy and simple using this software. Folders and files are displayed in the same way as it is seen in all file managing software.

Get Everything In A Single Window

SmatFTP provides a simple and cute user interface. FTP hoisting and FTP backup can be done in the same single window. There are no commands hidden deep inside. The commands I want are easily accessible at the first glance in the main window. There is a Main Menu, but I prefer the Tool Bar. The commands in the tool bar are easily accessible and self-explanatory.

The remote servers being browsed is opened in the in main window as a tab. The local computer is opened by simply clicking the New Local Browser button in the tool bar. One thing I noticed here is that, this browser has all the functionalities of the Windows Explorer. The file commands, context menu, drag and drop and preview functions are available. I can navigate between servers in the same way I am using a Windows Explorer in my computer.

Opening a remote server is simpler. Just entering the name of the host or URL in a textbox provided in the toolbar opens it.

The FTP server is opened in a new tab. The contents of the FTP server are also displayed in the same way as the details of the local computers. All functions available in the local browser window are available here also.

The method of opening FTP servers and local computer makes SmartFTP more distinguishable. The remote server is opened in the left pane and local computer in the right pane. More than one FTP server can be opened in the same window. New servers are also added as a tab.

All common browsing commands seen in a browser is found the FTP client window. There are command buttons to Reconnect, Refresh, Stop, Back, Forward etc. This type of navigation facility makes browsing fun.

Drag And Drop For Online File Transfer

This is another exiting facility found in SmartFTP. A file is downloaded by just selecting it and dragging to the local computer window. FTP hoisting and uploading is done by dragging a file to the appropriate folder in the server window. The transfer process begins while I sit back and relax.

Online File Transfer Using Command Buttons

The command buttons found in the middle of server and local computer window is also useful for downloading and uploading files. The Synchronization and Visual compare buttons is very useful for FTP backup. I use the Visual compare command to find the files that are not stored in the FTP server. This saves a lot of time because I don’t have to upload all files in a folder for a FTP backup.

The three buttons Equal, Non Equal and Orphan select the files for uploading. This avoids the need for searching new or outdated files. I only have to drag and drop it to the server for backup or updating.

Conclusion

SmartFTP provides fast downloads and uploads from internet. The user interface of this software is the most attractive characteristic. I get the same easiness of using a file browser like Windows Explorer with SmartFTP. I haven’t seen the drag and drop facilities in many other FTP clients. There is actually nothing to know about the complexities of FTP or file transfers. I only have to know the FTP server address to keep moving.

Presentations and Illustrations Using InsightPoint
Insight point can be used to create presentations, illustrations and graphic design. InsightPoint can be used to create slideshows in SVG format. SVG format has several advantages. It is basically text based and is in high quality vector graphics format. Time based animations can be created using InsightPoint. The resulting file will be of compact size and can work in all platforms.

Animated GIF files can be easily created using InsightPoint using Photos and images. Select File – New from the menu to start a new project. You can enter the size of the resolution, size of the page and background details here. You can also add a title page here.

The next dialog box is used to enter the details about the person and organization creating the document. The data in the title page can be changed using the Edit – Edit Meta Tag from the menu.

You can add photos and images to be shown in the GIF file from the File menu. You have to import the photos and images to your project. Select Import Files and Folders to add Photos and images into your project file. You can use the File Dialog Box to choose the files and folders.

The selected files and folders are added to the Project file. You can view and change the order of the images added project by changing the layers.

To create an animated GIF file select the Deploy Slide Show option from the File menu. You can create three types of presentations using InsightPoint. SVG Slide, HTML Slide and Animated GIF are three types of shows that can be created. Select the Animated GIF Show. You configure the animated frames in the dialog box displayed.

You change the border color and border patterns using the dialog box displayed when the Border Paint option is clicked.

After configuring the frames, you have to choose and file name and folding for Saving your GIF file. You can Preview the GIF file by choosing the Preview option in the file menu.

You can add predefined objects and text to your frames using the Tool Box. The added object can be Transformed using the object properties tools displayed at the top left corner of the main window. The status of each change can be seen in the status bar.

The created GIF file can be seen in the specified folder and can be viewed using any application that can view animated GIF files.
